Insurance and Billing
Arizona Ophthalmic Outpatient Surgery accepts most major insurance. We will bill your insurance carrier for you; however, we cannot tell you what your policy will cover. Since your insurance policy and coverage are between you and your carrier, we urge you to contact them prior to your procedure. You will be responsible for any co-pays and deductibles.

I had cataract surgury on 2 4 26. And let me tell you it was the best experience I have ever had. From checking in to the nurses to the anesthesia man then the Dr Alex Cohen. They made you feel comfortable so you are not nervous at all. I have to go back on the 18th for my left eye and j am excited to go. So if you need cataract surgury go see Dr Alex Cohen with Arizona Eye Soecialist . He is the best as far as I am concern.
